It's a tradition where party hosts preselect fabric that guests use to create coordinated outfits for celebrations like weddings, birthdays, and naming ceremonies. Each guest can style the fabric into their own unique look — one may make a suit, another a dress, and another a tunic.
As a host, you create an Aṣọ Ẹbí page by selecting fabrics and accessories. You can choose from our curated list of premium fabrics to add to your Aṣọ Ẹbí page so guests have options to choose from. If you can't find the exact fabric you want on our list, you can upload your own unique fabric/materials, and we will work with you to source exactly what you are looking for before making the page public for your guests to start ordering.
We do not send raw fabrics to your guests — we craft and deliver finished, custom-tailored products directly to them. Your guests can choose from our wide selection of modern styles, or upload a photo of the style they want if they can't find it on our site. Each outfit is custom-crafted to their personal style and body measurements.
Creating an Aṣọ Ẹbí is completely free for the host. The customer setting up the Aṣọ Ẹbí does not have to pay anything. Only the guests who choose to order outfits will need to pay for their individual products when they place their orders.
Yes! As the host, you will see a detailed list of guests who have ordered their outfits from your Aṣọ Ẹbí, including exactly what they ordered and their order status.
You should allow at least 6 weeks when creating a new Aṣọ Ẹbí (and ideally 8 weeks or longer) before your event. This gives your guests time to order and allows us to put everything together nicely and tailors sufficient time to craft each piece.
We currently only ship finished items within the USA.
